From Start To Completion

1. Discuss

Over our years of involvement in the water filtration industry, we have been involved in projects ranging from single spools to multi-thousand spool systems. We have worked with tight deadlines, strict material sourcing requirements, stringent testing requirements and within various other constraining variables. With the knowledge we have gained we can offer consultation on the project management implications of your proposal. We can offer macro estimates on project time frames, budgets as well as advise on different regulatory obligations that may be involved with your deployment. Our product has been deployed worldwide so we have experience dealing with different markets, our past experience could help you avoid potential delays and unforeseen project costs. We are always open to meetings and calls to discuss upcoming projects.

2. Design Assistance

Galvanized Carbon or Stainless Steel? Olet, Coupling or Reducing Tee? These are just some of the questions we can help you answer. Our years of experience with have taught us what works and what doesn’t when it comes to fabricating your design. When we receive your RFQ, we want to get involved and provide feedback which can save time, money and ultimately lead to a better quality product. Our customers are valuable to us and we always try to facilitate bridging the gap between a design on paper, and the finished product to make sure you get a product that fulfills your needs. Let’s have a conversation about your design and see if we can come up with a solution that meets you time and budgetary constraints while maintaining the utmost quality product.

3. Develop

Some projects require you to research new materials and methodologies, whether to meet design conditions or customer requirements. As part of our commitment to customer service, we are right there with you and willing to invest the time and resources to develop the means necessary to create the product that you envision. We have contacts with Non Destructive and Destructive examination labs which we can use to create new weld procedures for exotic materials or for different processes, even for a one-off spool. We also can adapt to any number of designs and configurations which may be beyond the limits of typical fabrication. We dedicate resources to research and develop new welding fixtures and mechanisms that optimize the fabrication process and enable to work on non standard shapes and sizes.

4. Distribute

Once your product has gone through our rigorous Quality program and been fully tested to your requirements and satisfaction, it is ready to be sent almost anywhere in the world. We can coordinate the dissemination of your product through various logistical channels as needed. We can send small items next day if required. For skids and crates we can utilize vast Less-Than-Truckload ( LTL) networks. For Full-Truckloads (FTL) shipments we can coordinate with the provider of your choice or suggest a local carrier. All our products are fully protected for shipping and you can trust they will arrive in the same condition as when they left. We have had numerous shipments go overseas where the product is crated for air travel or packed into shipping containers for international sea travel. Where ever your product needs to go, we will help you get it there.
